Constructability Reviews

Services / Constructability Reviews

There is no better way to know if your project documents are ready for bidding and construction than to have them reviewed by a CEC construction professional. Our team has bid and built almost every conceivable project type. CEC has performed constructability and bidability reviews for FDOT and other owners for over 15 years. We can look at early stage plans to determined right-of-way and construction easement needs. CEC is also experienced at assisting in the preparation of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for design-build work and in the review and evaluation of Technical Proposals for this method of project delivery.
